Meet Christian Silver, Founder
I’m happy you’ve found Sawgrass Construction and hope we can make a difference in your life. As a Southwest Florida native whose father and brothers also work in the local construction industry, I grew up in the trade and have continued to master my craft over my lifetime. It’s what I know best.
Since the age of 15, I’ve honed my skills in the construction industry, learning every job – from installing shingles on roofs, to digging footers, to building tiny homes for mobile home and RV parks. Detail and precision are my passions.

Our process for constructing a new barndominium begins with selecting the right shell that fits the needs of you and your family. We first ensure that your chosen design will appropriately fit on your property and comply with all local county codes and setbacks.
Once the shell is finalized, we bring in our expert draftsmen and engineers to design the interior layout according to your specifications.
Kitchens + Bathrooms
Bathroom and kitchen renovations involve updating or completely redesigning these essential spaces. Renovations can significantly enhance the functional and aesthetic quality of these areas in your home, reflecting your personal style and meeting your specific needs.
These refreshes typically entail design and layout, cabinetry and storage installation, countertop and backsplash updates, and more.
